======================
This past weekend I was in Toronto Canada attending a Fitness Mastermind event that was hosted by my good friend Vince Delmonte. Those of you who have been following me for a while may recall that Vince and I made several videos together back in the early days of YouTube and we also launched a muscle building program together back in 2010 called the 21-Day Fast Mass Program.
While in Toronto I got to meet several of my long time followers and guys who've gotten great success from using my programs. This video here was shot with a follower of mine - Jack Nary - he's got a fun and wacky Instagram page that my younger followers would enjoy here: https://www.instagram.com/wokefit
(If I was 20 years old again, I'd probably made a similar page LOL)
Anyway, in this video I'm going to share 3 practical travel fitness tips
that I used while on the road to stick to my game plan and move myself closer towards reaching my "Fit Over 40" goal. Even though I was away from home, eating out in restaurants, etc. I was still able to get leaner and make progress by following the 3 tips below...
1 - Workout everyday - This could be a weight training workout in the hotel gm. Getting a day pass at a public gym. Or at the very least get outside and go for a walk, jog, swim, or something to get some form of physical exercise every single day.
2 - Intermittent Fasting - This one isn't for everyone, but I personally find that it's a great strategy for keeping calories under control. When eating out in restaurants, it's usually easier to simply eat fewer meals, rather than eating less food per meal.
3 - Drink Zero Calorie Drinks - This is a big one, most people don't realize how many empty calories they consume during the day form drinks. Things like soda pop, fruit juice, sugar or cream in coffee, tea, etc. And of course the big one - alcoholic drinks. If you can commit to drinking water and zero calorie drinks like black coffee, green tea, etc. that will go a long way to keeping your calories under control and aiding with fat loss.

Over the next several videos I'm going to highlight EXACTLY what I'm doing with regards to eating, exercise, and mindset as I work towards getting Fit Over 40.
